1. Definitions

Buyer (Importer), Vendor (Exporter), Products, B2B, B2C, and RTV (Return to Vendor) definitions.

2. Nature of the Platform

BanglaExports.com is a digital multi-vendor marketplace. The platform does not own or manufacture products. Transactions, quality, logistics, and compliance are strictly between Buyer and Vendor.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be 18+, legally authorized, and compliant with import/export regulations.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must provide accurate product data, documentation, quality, packaging, and timely shipment. Vendors are liable for product defects, misrepresentation, and compliance.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must verify import laws, provide accurate details, pay on time, and bear destination duties and taxes.

6. Orders, Payments & Contracts

Contracts are between Buyer and Vendor. Payments may include LC, TT, bank transfer, or escrow.

7. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

BanglaExports.com is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or transport risks.

8. Product Return Policy – B2C & B2B

B2C Returns:

- Allowed for damaged, wrong, or defective items.

- Return window: 7 days (non-perishable), 48 hours (perishable).

- Return shipping: Vendor pays if the error is theirs; Buyer pays for change-of-mind.

B2B Returns:

- Allowed only for significant defects, misdescription, wrong shipment, or non-compliance.

- Return window: 5 days after receiving goods.

- Requires inspection report (SGS/BV/etc.).

9. Return-to-Vendor (RTV) Procedure

Steps: Return Request → Vendor Review → Buyer Ships Back → Vendor Inspection → Refund/Replacement.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds handled directly between Buyer and Vendor. Platform is not responsible unless escrow is used.

11. Prohibited Products

Illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, wildlife, and banned items.

12. Dispute Resolution

Mediation is offered, but the platform acts only as a facilitator.

13. Limitation of Liability

Platform is not liable for vendor/buyer actions, product issues, customs problems, or financial losses.

14. Indemnity

Users indemnify Dynamics Smart Systems Ltd and BanglaExports.com from legal claims arising from misuse.

15. Data Privacy & Security

All data is handled per Privacy Policy. KYC and compliance documents may be stored securely.

16. Amendments

Terms may be updated anytime with notice.

17. Governing Law

Laws of Bangladesh apply. Courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
